Announcement - We're Taking a Break!

 Hello all,

And with that we've just finished You're My Belated Happiness. Thank you everyone for reading our translations.

We have unfortunately not found a new story that we are interested in to translate next. After doing translations for a little over 7 years now without missing an update, we've decided to take a break.

After our break, we'll take a look to see if there's any new stories out there that we want to translate and be right back here.

Announcement - Post You're Beautiful When You Smile Plans

 Hello everyone!

Just in case people missed this message on the last chapter.

We've finally finished You're Beautiful When You Smile. We hope you enjoyed this 4+ year project, it even got turned into a drama!

We will still continue to translate You're My Belated Happiness and each part will be released every Tuesday and Thursday at 11 pm Pacific Standard Time. Otherwise, we plan to take a break from picking up a new translation for the month of November to relax. We'll come back next month (December 2021) with a new story (if we find something that looks promising).

Announcement: Current Plans

 Hello Everyone,

Now that we've finished Those Sweet Times, we are currently hunting for a new novel. Until we find something that we find suitable, we will not be releasing anything on Tuesdays and Thursdays and take a little break for ourselves.

You're Beautiful When You Smile will continue to be released Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday as usual.

We noticed that the original raws we were using for a few chapters for You're Beautiful When You Smile was missing lines of dialogue.  We've updated the existing chapters with the missing parts:

Announcement - New Translation: Those Sweet Times by Jiu Xiao Qi

We'll be picking up a new translation called Shi Guang Wei Wei Tian (时光微微甜) or Those Sweet Times by Jiu Xiao Qi (酒小七). We'll be posting new parts every Sunday until The Majestic You ends, in which Those Sweet Times will be posted every Tuesday and Thursday.

Announcement: Blogger Issues

Happy New Year everyone!

I just wanted to make a short announcement to bring to everyone's attention about the recent issue with Blogger posts where paragraphs become one very, very long line across the screen.  This issue hasn't disappeared since it first appeared a week or two ago.  It is not a big deal as I can manually chop the paragraph into shorter lines, but I sometimes forget when I'm making posts.

So please don't be alarmed if you see this problem, there's nothing wrong with your phone/computer/tablet or internet browser.  Should it occur again, I'll fix it in a few hours after the chapter is posted.

Announcement About My Mandarin

Hello Everyone,

As a few comments pointed out, apparently Hui3r began translating My Mandarin (or My Darling) about two weeks after we posted the prologue on February 22nd. We didn't check between then and when we decided to consistently post them.

A bit peeved that we didn't check earlier as we now have a dozen chapters sitting about. Nonetheless, it's a good lesson for us to learn from so that this won't happen in the future.

Anyhow, we've already started looking at another novel. If all goes well, expect to see the first chapter on Wednesday.

Announcement: Discontinuing Undefeated - LoL

Hey guys, we're going to stop translating Undefeated - League of Legends.  Aside from the low view counts, I've grown to become more and more annoyed by the writing to the point that I no longer find any joy in translating/editing them.

We will be officially starting My Mandarin next week in LoL's place.

1 Year Anniversary

Hello everyone!

Happy Anniversary!  It's Somesingman.

Sorry if things have been a bit weird about our new site and then the fact that it's stopped updating.  I've been ill twice in the past two months and school has been getting busy.  Hsi also got ill for like a week haha.

Anyhow, I'm still working on the move to a new site and will hopefully be finished soon.  In the meantime though since it's about 1 year since we started doing this, we'll be releasing a chapter of Tea of Summer every day this week.  It's also luckily spring break for me so I can recover and work on other stuff.

Announcement about Secret Room

It's come to our attention that some users are unable to access our new site due to Sophos firewall which appears to be blocking any site from our hosting service.

As such we'll be posting Secret Room on this blog as well, until we update Endeta and resolve the issue.

Transition to Endeta

We've decided to continue posting our translations here for another week or two as somesingman works to upgrade Endeta with a few fixes to minor issues and more functionality:

Secret Room will only be posted at Endeta.com.

We're Moving to Endeta

Hello everyone!

After a little bit of technical difficulties, we're moving to Endeta.  All future posts will be there.  To make the transition smoother, we'll still post the Prelude to Secret Room and the next chapter of Tea of Summer here on this blog and on Endeta.  The site isn't optimized for mobile view yet, we hope to have it working by the end of the week.

Move to a New Site and Ads

Hello all!

Happy New Year!
It's been a little over (ninja edit) under a year since we've started and we have to say we've come quite a long way.  We've finished quite a few short stories and we're almost done with God's Left Hand (only one more chapter to go!).

We just wanted to announce two things:

First, we'll be moving our operations to another site that somesingman built to host our translated novels.  All future stories will be posted there starting next week (Saturday 14th, 2017), though we'll post the last chapter of God's Left Hand here as well.  This blog will also remain, though no new stories will be posted once we move over.

Second, you may notice that we now have google ads.  This is just so that we can earn a small bit for the translations we do and not be intrusive about it.  If anything

New Project at Path of Translations

Hey everyone!

We just wanted to let everyone know that we're currently translating a new project at Path of Translations.

It's called Immortal, a xianxia novel, about an old man's attempt to become immortal.  Though he doesn't stay old for long.  Anyhow if you're into xianxia/wuxia style novels you should look at their site, they have quite a collection.

[Announcement]: New Story About League of Legends

Hey guys Somesingman here.

Just wanted to update you all that we've picked up another story.  It's pretty popular apparently and also has been published as a novel.  As of now this is just a teaser chapter, which will be published tomorrow morning (9/17/16) at 11 am.  The actual schedule hasn't been set yet.  If you guys are interested in more please tell us in the comments.

Update on Schedule: More Stories

Hey everyone.

Thanks for all the comments we've received and I read all of them, though I don't respond.  I will respond if it's a question or something though.

I just wanted to announce that we found more works from Shui Fu Shen Qing, the author of "Love by Soup."  Since the first one we did was decently well received.  So we'll be slowly translating these other short stories and posting them every Wednesday.  First one is coming this week.
